Onsite Testing and Demonstration Units

K Factor filter demonstration units are used to do onsite verification of application before purchase. This particular unit was 150 gpm unit used to demonstrate the efficacy of removing zebra mussels from intake water, capable of removing mussel larvae down to 20 microns.

This unit was being tested on a bio-mass degasification application in an electrical grid supply system and was later installed successfully into the operations

This is our testing unit that we use to provide proof of concept and operational efficiency on site. This unit is used to demonstrate how well the filter will do at removing solids. This is a 70 gpm unit at 25 microns industrial and 100 gpm water application. We have a tank and submersible pump included in this unit for test samples.
