The K Factor Filter is an industrial fully automatic filter system for removing solids from liquids. Recent ProjectsPipe manufacturerJust recently we sold a K Factor Filter to a plastic pipe manufacturer to filter the PVC solids, sand, grit, dirt and oils from a trench drain sump. They were very close to not being compliant with the ministry and also would lose 60,000 to 80,000 gallons of water per day depending on plant upsets. The payback for this application was very quick. The water is now re cycled and the dirt and all the solids and oils are removed. Payback was in weeks not months! Automotive plant We have many K Factor Filters in the automotive pre treatment process keeping the spray and dip tanks clean. The payback is also very quick.
